Dear Neighbour,
I love Mount Albert! It’s a great place to live, work and raise a family. I choose to live here because of our Town’s strong, positive community spirit.
My goal as your next Ward 3 Councillor is to make Mount Albert and East Gwillimbury an even better community.
As an engaged and experienced leader, I will help shape our future growth in a smart, responsible way that preserves our quality of life for future generations. We are at a crossroads today between an increasing population versus Mount Albert’s small-town feel.
We need to ask the tough questions about development and improving services for both new and long-term residents. An injection of fresh ideas will inspire our community to work together to address these challenges strategically. An energetic leader encourages participation from all and is a positive force in the community bringing out the best in others.
I believe in value for the taxpayer dollar. I am committed to ensuring the highest standards of accountability and professionalism, providing effective communication between you and our Town government. As your next Ward 3 Councillor, I will champion efficient responses to your issues and concerns.
I look forward to meeting you throughout this campaign.
A vote for Susan Lahey is a vote for engaged, experienced, and energetic leadership!
Let’s go forward together!
